I'm brand new here and just made a purchase, unfortunately the email address I entered in the account information was spelled incorrectly and I was never able to download my purchase. I was unable to receive the download code. I have since fixed the email address in my account. I tried to send an email to the support and I got a message that the email address is not functioning. Can someone help?
